Integrative Coaching
“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
- Carl Jung
Our lives become more dynamic when we can look into our own hearts. In our time together, my intention is to guide you towards realizing your innate dynamism through the power of your heart. And, if you want to quit a hindering habit, move your body more often, change jobs, or get off social media along the way, I’ve also got you covered.
My coaching style can be described as evidence-based woo-woo. The woo-woo elicits the vision in your heart and the evidence-based transforms it into reality. I integrate somatic practices, mindfulness techniques, and guided visualizations to cultivate your intuition. What you discover there is the voice of your heart, guiding your way. Then, I use practical, research-backed goal-setting methods to help you identify and achieve goals that lay the foundation for new habits. These new habits ultimately reshape your thoughts and behaviors, which is how your vision becomes your reality.
Awakening takes discipline and effort.
Coaching holds you accountable for it.

I broke my wrist, ankle, and multiple toes and fingers before I hit double digits. I’m well-acquainted with life inside one’s head. The antidote to the suffering caused by overthinking, overanalyzing, and overdoing is to find solace and serenity in the heart. All the great spiritual masters knew this; I’m just following their lead.
Wherever you land on the heady to heartfelt spectrum I meet you there and guide you where you want to go. The best way to determine if we’re a match is to schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation.

Generally speaking, coaching is focused on the present and future, emphasizing goal-setting, structured action steps, and regular progress reflections. Therapy, on the other hand, is more fluid, delving into past and present issues, and may extend longer to address deep-seated challenges needing in-depth exploration and healing.
Therapy asks “why?”, whereas coaching asks “now what?” Nonetheless, coaching explores the “why?” to discover personal motivators that ignite and sustain momentum for meaningful and long-lasting change.

During a recent trip to the Eastern Sierras, I asked the mountains for some advice. They told me that small, often imperceptible changes accumulated over time lead to majestic beauty. You are like the mountains. Focus on taking consistent, progressive steps to become majestic.
The time it takes to see results is generally influenced by the following factors (and others): the mindset, behavior, or situation you want to change; your discipline, commitment, and persistence; and the circumstances of your life. Clients have seen significant changes in as few as 3-4 sessions while others have needed more time.
